There is no sales tax if your purchase is being shipped outside of New York State.

Shipping Options

We ship via UPS. Ground shipping is 1 to 5 days depending on your proximity to New York, or UPS 2nd day air.

We will gladly enclose a gift card. See appropriate section of the order form.

Refused Shipments:

If you decide to refuse any shipments from shopJessicaWilde.com, you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that

are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package to shopJessicaWilde.com. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.

Shipping restrictions
We use UPS and Federal Express for delivery, and therefore are unable to deliver to APO/FPO addresses, as well as P.O. Boxes. We do not offer Saturday delivery. PLEASE NOTE: Some countries may have restrictions on the receipt of specific items.

Returns and Exchange

Returns may be made for any reason with 14 days from the time you receive your purchase.

Request a RA (Return Authorization) by clicking here and filling in the required information. You will receive you RA# within 48 hours via email. Please be sure your RA# is outside of the package or it will not be accepted. Please make sure to put your name, address and phone number along with a copy of your receipt and credit card number with expiration date, in with your returned item to insure proper credit.
